Hi, I’m Varvara Fisher.

I’m Russian and English, born and raised in Amsterdam, and constantly travelling the world. I love to move, connect, dance, and enjoy life. My practice blends moments of stillness with bursts of energy: meditation with movement.

I’ve always loved taking pictures and capturing moments: ever since I got Instagram at 11 years old. Last year, I began taking content creation more seriously, using it as a way to inspire others to live a more holistic and aligned life. I share this passion through my Instagram, where I express my love for movement, mindfulness, and conscious living.
